Description: Artists Ruling Pen The artists ruling pen is for use with masking fluid. The ruling pen enables the user to create very fine lines that are masked from the paint. There is an adjustable screw on the side which enables you to vary the length of the lines. PLEASE READ: All our ruling pens may have some red colouring on the tip of the blades. This is on all of the rulings pen, so please do not be concerned that the product has not been previously used! The paint is applied during manufacturing and prevents the tip of the pen from rusting when used with fluid media.
