Snow's "eloquent statement on the most urgent crisis in world history", as published by Scribner's New York in 1969. It is based Snow's John Findley Green Lectures in November 1968. This small (5 in by 8 in) book is bound in rust colored cloth over hard boards. The interior is as new. There are no ownership marks, no writing or bent pages, no library marks, and no underlining. The binding is in very good condition, with tight hinges. The dust jacket is protected in a mylar dust jacket cover and is near fine condition with no rips or tears.
