This is a "green tag" Kenner Standard quality control sample for Ponda Baba, dated April 1997 - well before the figure was released. The QC tag is taped to the back of the card though, as you can see, it was attached, detached and reattached throughout the quality control process. As much, some of the tape is dried up and/or wearing away. The tag is signed off QA (multiple staff), and the back of the tag has written comments. It also has Chinese text hand-written on the bubble. Overall, the package is in good shape but has wear throughout, which is not uncommon for QC pieces. There are some scuffs and creasing, in addition to other cosmetic flaws. In other words, this piece is NOT MINT. The figure is the early "gray beard" version, making it even cooler! Please review all photos for item condition (including packaging, when applicable), size/scale, color and so forth.
