Good very lightly used might have a few utensil marks, very light wear. Almost new, means I see no real signs of wear of any kind but won't sell as new. New means I know they are NEW. I only stopped because e-bays rules on it encouraged fraud. Also my items will comes with a silver proof of purchase sticker, required for any returns. Sticker comes off easily with warm soapy water. However I use the postal service and at times they do not understand the word "FRAGILE", or they have seasonal workers. This is why I insure all boxes.
