Description: This is a beautifully made solid silver Burmese bowl. It is in lovely condition with no damage that I can see. There are five superbly detailed characters set between trees and foliage. The peacock hallmark on the base was used by silversmiths in Burma in this period about 150 years ago to show they had royal patronage. The silver tests at about 90 percent purity, so it is almost sterling silver quality, and it weighs just over 124 grams.(It will be sent well-packed, tracked and insured.)(International buyers please ask for a postal quote which will probably be about £12.)
