You can shoot the balls using your thumb (like shooting a rubber band) or sling them using the attached bands. You can easily shoot the balls much further and easier than you can throw them and it is much easier on your shoulders. The bands allow you to carry and sling the balls without touching the dog drool / slobber. The balls are for fetch games. The balls are solid rubber and will stand up to some hard biting. However, if your dog is left unattended, they can get the balls to break down after some chewing effort. Please don’t let your dog swallow parts of the balls or bands.
