Description: This lovely high-end unit is so pristine that we initially thought it was unused! Upon further inspection, we did find signs of use (some residue on the racks and glass and very mild scratching behind the handle), and the conversation we had with the manufacturer seems to confirm our hunch that it was a showroom model. This unit was manufactured and installed in 2017, and the model was discontinued in 2023, so it was most likely removed at that time to make room for the newer version. No issues were noted during testing, which assessed oven light, saw that temperature continued to rise on all heat settings ("Gourmet" was not tested), and oven reached over 500 degrees. ABOUT US We are a husband and wife team, and we enjoy hitting auctions and garage sales together to make ends meet and work towards debt freedom! TERMS We do not offer refunds, unless the item is significantly different than stated in the description. We focus on vintage or scratch/dent appliances. Due to the nature of these, please anticipate a normal amount of wear, such as minor scrapes, scuffs, and touch-ups. We endeavor to illuminate such flaws as we notice them in photographs to reduce the likelihood of any surprises, but we cannot guarantee to catch every single one. Please keep in mind that we are not the original owners, nor are we electricians or appliance installation/repair professionals; we test for basic functionality, such as an oven turning on and heating to a high temperature, a mixer spinning at varying speeds, or a computer powering on and connecting to the internet. While we have a very high success rate, we cannot diagnose or warranty against hidden issues not evident with basic testing, and we cannot guarantee that an item will last for many more years, and this should be a considered factor when purchasing used items. APPLIANCE NOTES Please note--most of our units do not include:  -Plug cord, even if shown in pictures (we connect our own for testing purposes, but these units should be hard-wired for regular use)  -Some units are missing the panel that covers the wires, but this will not show once installed, and does not affect functionality. Only items shown in foreground of pictures are included in the auction. Please ask any questions you may have before bidding/buying. :) LOCAL PICKUP IS AN OPTION We always accept free local pick up, so if you plan to do that, please contact us immediately so that we can make proper arrangements. We may be able to offer you a discount on shipping. SHIPPING If you are purchasing a cooktop or range with a downdraft fan, the fan may be removed to facilitate shipping. These are typically simple to reattach with a few nuts (included). Although a certain shipping method is often selected in the ad, we sometimes use a different carrier to achieve the best price, liability, or for another reason. If you require a specific carrier, please let us know before purchasing. Also, we try to save money and the environment by reusing boxes when possible. If receiving your item in a box for another product will greatly diminish your enjoyment of it, please notify us as soon as you’ve made your purchase. (Please note that many of our items are already boxed when listed, and requesting a different box could delay your shipment.) We sell many large items that ship via freight. Please keep in mind that freight shipments sometimes take longer than traditional shipping methods. Someone must be on site at time of delivery to sign for receipt in good condition. **If you miss a scheduled delivery or terminal pickup time, the freight company may charge an extra re-delivery fee of up to several hundred dollars, and you will be responsible for repaying the charges.** —>>Please inspect your item upon delivery - while the delivery company is still there.<— By signing the delivery document, you state that you have received it damage free (just as described in the eBay listing). If there is damage - something that you can't live with or we can't work out, please refuse the delivery or at least notate the problem with the item on the delivery slip and contact me right away. If you sign for the delivery and unpack your item the next day or later and find a shipping damage, the delivery company MAY NOT TAKE any responsibility for it and neither can we. We are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping or freight carriers. We do insure all packages, and we will provide proof of insurance if needed to file a claim. RETURNS If your item arrives with significant differences from the description, please immediately photograph the item and its packaging. In this unusual case, if a refund is approved, in order to receive a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sold, (“New," “Unopened,” “Working,” etc.), and with all components, parts, and accessories from original listing returned. Notification of a problem must be received via eBay messaging within 48 hours of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for damage during return shipment.
