This product has been tested on a 137.218300 craftsman rip fence and it works well. You will need a nail to go through the 2 holes on the new plastic part. The plastic part was tested on a 137.218300 craftsman fence with a 1/2" thick piece of MDF attached to the side of the fence. (the fence has 4 holes that makes the process of attaching a flat stock piece with screws very easy) (I also sell the plastic fence rail guides for this same fence.)
