Description: Title/label/subject: Army soldiers posed on two vehicles; the one in front appears to be a water cart of the sort designed by Studebaker to provide soldiers with a portable supply of potable water. (In comparing what is visible with known examples of Studebaker water carts from this era, it looks to me as though they are a pretty close match). The side of the water container has some letters stamped on it; they are too faint to read, but they might spell out USQMC (US Quartermaster Corps). This was also apparently called a "water buffalo" at the time The name Boaler or Booler (or something close) is written across the stampbox (verso). This name is also on several other WWI era cards I'm offering (or have offered recently).
