The dual tank manifold is a super heavy chrome plated bronze casting with two shut off valves and a reserve- not exactly sure how it works. It is NOT designed for USA tanks. This package includes the matching set of tank boots (the diameter is approximately 6 1/2 inches)and two sets of upper tank straps. Not sure if the straps are complete but you get everything you see in the photos.
