Description: This is a rare 7 1/2 foot vintage green aluminum pom pom Christmas tree from the late 1950's or early 1960's. It was made by the United States Silver Tree Company and comes in its original box and with its original stand. I also have an extra branch that will be included. The ornaments shown on the tree are not included. They are just there to show you how ornaments stand out on the tree. The tree is in great condition although the box is a little beaten up. I've searched the internet and have not been able to find a tree like this. Please, if you buy this tree be careful setting it up and taking it down. Sometimes it takes a few seconds to find the right angle to slide a branch into a hole. When this happens, gently move it around until it easily fits into the hole. Any difficulty in inserting it means that you just need to find the right angle. Never force a branch into its hole. Never put electric lights on an aluminum tree. A bright white light shining on a green aluminum tree is all you need. Color wheels are unnecessary and do not show up well on the green branches.
