The stunning interior depicts scene from the Noh play “Yuya” by the famous Muromachi poet Zeami. The poem beautifully floats as if the entire scene is in a dream or a muse. The bell is slow to reach the voice across the cold clouds” The crest, or “Kamon” depicts “ne” (root) and “sasa” (bamboo grass) The Kamon the one on the right.
