It is a number 1355 candle holder manufactured by the Cambridge Glass Company (See the catalog page from 1940) Here is the flat foot double clear holders, so they are very stable when made into centerpiece arrangements and would make a lovely addition to any table or mantle. Measure 11" W arm spread x 6-3/42" H with a 6'' x 5'' base. Weight 3,3 Lbs Holds standard sized candles. You can come across quite a few double arm candlesticks but rarely find ones that are made of such sparkling clear glass in barocco style. This double candle holder is in good vintage condition with no defects noted. I examined this rare piece very carefully and there are no cracks and scratches, some small chip tiny and invisible on the base Please look closely at pictures as they are part of the description.
