I am human and sometimes miss a thing or 2, but I try to mention the book's main faults. all of my books are VERY OLD and have 100+ years of wear to varying degrees good + condition.... for its age:boards - [soft covers] secure, much wear around the edges, back cover has 2 very small tears which were taped /the spots on the covers look much better in person , missing the ribbon through the 3 holes, 2 heavy folds to the front covertextblock- pages very secureouter joints- some splitting to the spine edges [ mostly the back]spine ends- top good for age - bottom missing [see last picturetips- worninner hinges- goodpages- generally very clean- apx 12 pages with small spots spotswriting- last 4 pictures have an "x" on them, 1 of the pictures actually has 2 "x"srips /folds- no rips that I saw other than the 2 on the back cover, several pages with dog-ears or light foldsother- being it is a soft cover, the edges of the covers should be handled with care- they are delicate /gilt a bit faded please Add me to your Favorites list AND check back now and then to see what's new!
