Description: This is a purple geode thunderegg polished on one surface, with a grayish surface on back. It came from my parents’ collection from when they were rock hounds so I’m afraid I don’t know its origins—it could be one of their own finds or from a rock and gem show. Probably from the 80s or 90s. It’s a lovely light purple/amethyst with crystals in the center. Measures around 2-1/2 “ long by 2 wide and 2 deep.
