This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and areas of wrinkled folding - note appears to have been pressed or flattened); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration, perhaps foreign substance); heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (multiple tears exist and some are large); very heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss/surface scrapes exist); one center hole; pieces missing due to very heavy wear/possibly damage.
