Pair with a vintage prom dress, vintage flower girl dress, or any other vintage style. The top layer of fabric has five tiers of nylon net tulle with matching satin binding on each tier. The bottom layer is made of nylon organza for a softer feel against the skin. The waistband is elastic and has lots of stretch in it. The length of the petticoat varies based upon the size. Available in assorted colors.
