We tried to take it apart and there may be stripped or missing screws. You can't get it apart without proper tools. For those who want to spend the time, this is$200 retail. 8 original screws and bottom nut remain. Lights work, curtains open, It changes scenes, but there is no music and the dancers don't spin.
