Description: The lamp stands 23" tall, and the shade is 15 & 1/2" in diameter. The shade is painted on the inside with garlands of flowers in wonderful colors. There are roses in red and white, purple irises, daisies in blue and red, and pansies in purple. The background haswhite stripes against a clear background. The top is a rich yellow color. The base is in brass plate and the plating is good but tarnished.The lamp is signed on both the shade and base. There are no chips or cracks to the shade. It is just beautiful. Look at the pictures.
