Description: This is a used Pacific Legend, Woman's Blue Floral Hawaiian Long Short Sleeve Dress in a size LARGE in very good condition. The sleeves have elastic around the neckline and I believe they can be worn off the shoulder. The elastic is a little gone on the hem of the sleeves. I also believe that the ruffle on the sleeve was removed as the seam has rough edges. The hem has a ruffle, but the ruffle is shorter in the front than the back. Please view photos for a better description. This was a donation to our shop. All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with tracking number, specific reason for the returns and your eBay ID. We will refund you upon receipt of the item in its original condition (but NOT include the shipping fee we paid for the item), after both Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from eBay. Return shipping should be paid by buyer for buyer's remorse. Return shipping will be for the actual shipping price paid in sending this out to you as I do my best to ship at the least expensive cost.
