Description: Original WWII US Navy WAVES women's white summer uniform jacket. MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Bust - 42" Waist - 35" Length - 26" Sleeve (shoulder seam to end of cuff) - 24 3/4" Nice jacket with collar patches sewn on and correct very dark blue buttons (held in place by two different kinds of cotter pins). Cutter tags still under both arms stating it is a size 18L (vintage sizes run smaller than modern sizes, so be sure to check the above measurements). No other labels. Shoulder pads that are held in place with snaps. Overall good condition. Small speck on one chest "pocket" flap. Another spot on the back shoulder. Some light storage wear. Stains on the inside where the cotter pins are. A note on vintage clothing: I am not the original owner of these items, therefore I cannot guarantee their history. I am a non-smoker myself, but can't say the garment has never been around cigarette smoke or moth balls. While I would never list an item I find to have an offensive odor, I cannot ensure buyers (especially those very sensitive to odors) will feel the same as smell is subjective. I DO COMBINE SHIPPING!
