The caption reads, "Come on out, Paroni - we know you're in there."This piece was done by renowned British cartoonist Francis Wilford-Smith (1927-2009) who went by the pen name "Smilby", who did work for Playboy for over 30 years. He also did work for Esquire, The New Yorker and many other publications. I am unsure if he got the ok for a published version of this piece or if it only made it to this "rough" stage.The piece is in excellent condition and measures a large 11" x 15".
