There is no water or moisture damage. There is no usage staining. The very first page has some yellowing (soiling) due to age, which is normal and a proof of the manuals age. Plastic spiral is pretty much complete with one last broken off loop as shown. Both covers are well attached to the spiral. Overall exceptional condition. I have provided close-up pictures of some of the illustrations, they have excellent resolution. Repros will appear darker with less detail.
