Description: This is a set of Barnett clutch discs, this is the 5 plate type used in late 1973 750cc and all 1973 -76 850cc Commandos, It could have been retro fitted in earlier bikes , so check your bike to be sure. Barnett # 524-73+ .040 approx. the 5 plates total stack approx .660" You will get 3 friction plates that are .120" thick and 2 - 750 plate that is approx .145 This will increase the stack height a little and make the clutch have an easier pull on the lever. This is normal practice for the 5 plate Commando **** there are 4 steel plates in this type clutch and a thin outer pressure plate ( Not included) **** *** The 750 early plates are thicker = .145" for 4 plate clutch 850 plates are approx .120" fyi
