This listing is for a used, very beautiful, vintage, China plate. It was made by the Carlsbad Company in Austria. The bottom of the plate has an under glaze emblem with the manufacturer’s name and the image of the crown. The number 107 is also on the bottom of the plate. I do not know how old it is. My late mother owned it for many years. The plate has intricate filigree graphics. The plate is embellished with metallic gold highlights throughout its pattern and on its rim. The center of the plate has a Victorian-style portrait of a woman sitting on a chair. The colors are crisp and vibrant. The plate is 7 ½ inches wide. Some of the gold on the edges of the rim are starting to wear off and there is some tiny chipping (see photos). Please understand that I am in no way an authority on porcelain or china products. However, I will do the best I can to answer any questions you may have. Condition: Please pay attention to the photos because they make up a lot of the description. It has minor wear marks, scratches and blemishes that are typical of an older, used item like this. Please note that the color on your computer screen may not be set on the same color settings as mine which is typical for anything being sold on the Internet. Therefore the colors and hues that you see in my photos may not exactly match what you would see on the item if you are looking at it in person.
