They form a great team not only because they encompass all 3 types (Power, Speed, Technique), but also because their Special Attacks are strategically costed. Each Shinobi gains 2 Chakra at the start of the turn. Orochimaru's Special takes 4 Chakra, so he'll be ready on Turn 2. Jiraiya's takes 5, so he'll be ready on Turn 3, and Tsunade (x8) can do her Heavenly Kick on Turn 4. Having Naruto and Sasuke on the same team grants an Eternal Rivals 1000 point score bonus. Having a second Sharingan user on your team will provide an extra 500 point bonus. Despite being a 1☆, Ino has the unique ability of granting Chakra to the entire team. She can help your team get their Special Attacks ready 1 turn faster. Sooner Special Attacks = more damage = higher scores.
