New, with tags attached.It comes with 54 cards - 26 sets of 2 matching cards and one lose a turn and one extra turn card.The fabric pigeon's zippered bottom pouch holds all the cards for storage. The cardboard holder is still intact to hold the cards.I purchased it for my grands and just discovered it hidden in a closet!
