Description: Spectacular 90's card. SUPER TOUGH. 1998 Leaf Rookies and stars had this insert set, called "extreme measures". They are all Serial numbered /1000 on back HOWEVER, some were diecut and some were not. Each player's stat matched the Die-Cut print run. For Piazza, it was 40 (40 Home Runs). This meant, the first 40 serial numbered were Die-Cut, and the last 960 were not. This is appropriately serial numbered 0006/1000.Some players, it's easy. But others its TOUGH. Garciaparra has 11 die cut examples, Maddux has 20, and Piazza had just 40. Fantastic sneaky card from 1998! Please note: I'm not a grader.
