Description: Very nice Meuse Argonne offensive map, coming from a French officer. It measures 80 cm X 50 cm. This is a German card that was taken from a prisoner officer. It shows Machault ( This village was liberated by the 36th US Division) and Vaudesincourt area. The trenches are in blue. There are a lot of details materialized : trenches, shelters, telephone exchange. No tape. Before the Meuse Argonne offensive, a lot of French and German maps have been given to American officers. Very hard to find.
