The surname ‘Todd’ is written in blue pen on the front cover (see photos) The comic has been stored in a plastic sleeve in a folder to protect it. No rips or tears, no rusting to staples. I’m not a professional grader so can’t say its exact condition but it has definitely been kept as part of a collection rather than a pile of read comics.
