With optional lightweight two wheeled chassis kit.General Electric explosion proof 1 1/2 HP, 115/230 V, 60 cycle, single phase motor.Heavy duty cast iron construction, with 2” NPT female threaded in-line suction and discharge ports. Pump can be placed above liquid and suction lifts of 10-20 feet can be achieved depending on the liquid. Diffuser priming eliminates the need for a check valve and reduces radial loads ensuring longer bearing life.These pumps are sealed by a self lubricating Viton mechanical shaft seal. When used on a suction lift, any leakage that may occur will be down into the pump rather than up the motor shaft as the seal is on the suction side of the impellerWas used and maintained in an industrial setting until replaced with a larger model. Has not been used in many years but was in excellent working condition when stored.
