Still in its original shrink, with the Promo Obi, the lyric sheet insert with the extra Japanese translation, and the 'Act Of Contrition/praying hands' promo sticker that was available on the first early Japanese pressings. There's a very small ding on the bottom left corner that keeps it from rated Mint, so record sleeve is M-. The record itself is Mint. Super cool copy for collectors, complete with the Obi, insert & sticker (also mint).
