This is Registered Collection # EC-0982, a heavier, solid brass buckle with darkened background, made by Heritage Mint Ltd., back in 1978. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age or use. This buckle measures approximately 3-1/2" x 2-5/8", it fits a 1-1/2" wide belt, and it weighs about 5 oz. Please ask any questions before you buy and look at all the photos.
