The bamboo has a very fast growth rate and is pet safe and incredibly hardy so they’ll survive just about anything nature throws at them. The package includes plants in vegetative growth stage that are ready to plant when received & will shoot out bamboo sprouts almost immediately after settling when planted. The rhizomes are packed in a safe and secure manner to ensure they stay healthy in transit and in the incredibly rare instance of delayed delivery causing them to not survive transit I replace all orders with pictures sent of the state they arrived in or if you have any issues at all .
