DISCLAIMER: All of the LEGO sets I sell (and will be selling) that are in "new" condition DOES NOT mean the original LEGO box it comes in will be in absolute pristine, immaculate and/or mint condition. What it DOES mean is the LEGO sets will always come complete, sealed, and in its original box. In general, the box will be in good-to-great shape. I do not intend to sell any new LEGO items in poor condition. And if there are any glaring blemishes, I will do my best to point them out in the photos. Having said that, some minor imperfections may slip through the cracks, and I may not have pointed them out in photos, unintentionally. Or I have tried to intentionally point out imperfections, but for whatever reason do not seem to clearly show in the photos. Either way, if you are looking for LEGO sets because you are a collector, and need them in pristine condition, please look elsewhere. DO NOT rely on my photos to determine mint condition. I cannot and will not be held responsible for what might be considered mint condition versus what is good condition. If you decide to purchase a LEGO item I sell, expect it to be in good condition with some minor imperfections and blemishes on the manufacturer's box. And if it happens to be in mint condition when you receive it, then that's great! My intention is to sell to buyers that are LEGO fans that solely enjoy the act of building these sets, and don't really care what condition the box is in. Another intention of mine is to package and ship to the best of my ability, and I suspect 99% of the LEGO items I sell arrive in the same condition as shown in the photos, but there may be that unfortunate 1% of the time when things go wrong during transit, and the item(s) arrives a little bit more damaged than before it was shipped out. I NEVER intend for any of my buyers to receive damaged items, and even though I do my best to prepare the shipment with the proper reinforcements for a safe delivery, I ultimately cannot control what happens in transit. So if you care what condition the box is in, even if it unfortunately sustains some damage during transit, again, please look elsewhere. It is very rare that that would happen but just know that it COULD happen. Having said that, I do my best to take steps in mitigating damage, shelf wear, etc. Such as after I take the photos for my listings, I store them in a temperature controlled and smoke-free environment. Some sets I even shrink wrap in order to prevent damage from dust and debris. I also cannot and will not be held responsible for missing bricks and/or missing stickers and/or missing documentation. If any of the sets I sell happen to be missing anything, it is because LEGO had mistakenly excluded these missing items before they sealed the box. Again, all of the "new" condition LEGO sets I sell come originally sealed from the manufacturer and have never been opened. If you purchase a LEGO set of mine, and you find that one or more items are missing, please contact LEGO and they should be able to send you your missing items. One last thing I'd like to point out is there are some instances when I have multiple quantities for one particular LEGO set. Some I have 10+ quantities. And they all may not be in the same condition. So the item represented in the photos you see in the listing may or may not be the exact item you receive, and therefore may not be in the same condition. Please do keep that in mind.
