The condition of the bricks is used and the buyer accepts they are not in NEW condition. There may be normal wear marks from play or discoloration. I do not have the original paper instructions nor the box so they are not included. Digital building instructions are always available at Lego.com These sets come to you from a non-smoking, no pet environment. Lego Packaging: All sets come disassembled. Medium and large sets are sorted and bagged by color in new, zip loc-type bags to ensure a better building experience. Photos: Original photos of packaged bricks; and, in most cases the photos of the build; however, in some cases where I did not capture the build I have included a stock photo. Shipping: I commit to shipping within two business days of your order. However, in most cases, I ship the next business day. All orders in December ship same or next business day. Requests: I cannot divide any sets or lots as they are packaged and weighed, ready to ship. eBay will usually notify me when a buyer has purchased more than one set and will offer combined shipping - the buyer pays the asking price and the shipping savings are refunded at the time of shipment.
