Description: KISS OF THE SPIDER WOMAN, Large Playbill type program, 05/90, Pepsido Theatre, Performing Arts Center SUNY, Purchase, NY. The musical opened in NYC on 05/03/93 and ran for 904 performances. This development workshop ran from 05/01/90 through 06/24/90 and was the first (and last) production of New Musicals. The musical opened in Toronto in 1992, in London the same year and then in NYC in 1993 as a proven hit. The cast includes John Rubinstein, Kevin Gray, Lauren Mitchell, Harry Goz, Donn Simione, Barbara Andres, Casey Nicholaw, Lauren Mufson, Aurelio Padron, Greg Zerkle, Karen Giombetti, Ruth Gottschall, Dorie Herndon, Wendy Waring, Jonathan Brody, Bill Christopher-Myers, David Koch, Rick Manning, Forest Dino Ray, Matt Zarley, Philip Hernandez, John Norman Thomas, Adam Heller and Lorraine Serabian. Music by John Kander, lyrics by Fred Ebb and book by Terrence McNally (based on the novel by Manuel Puig). Directed by Harold Prince and choreography by Susan Stroman. The songs and the listing is different from the Broadway version of the show. The program is complete. This is NOT a reproduction!! Note: This is a regular Playbill size program.
