When the Germans first encountered the T-34 on the Eastern Front, they were impressed by its armor protection and mobility, which surpassed that of their own tanks. In fact, the T-34 was considered the best tank of its time. In this Set the upgraded German Tri-colour Camo is used on this captured T34 Tank plus upgraded armor and Commanders hatch and side Skirting. As the Tank idles with loud engine noise, a crewman leans down to get combat instruction fron the Waffen SS Infantry Commander standing on ground with Map and Sub MG. This is a listing for this superb looking King & Country WSS98, a WW2 German Forces Captured then Adapted T34 Tank & 3 Men including an Waffen SS Infantry Commander , all in 1:30 Scale. ( Its thought that the original third man was a crew figure, but this Waffen SS Infantry Commander is better, and worth £50 alone. ) Set almost as new, still packed in polythene and rice papers, except that one figure is exchanged from a crewman to a Waffen SS Infantry Commander . Box with only light Transit wear to it and includes a ding to one corner and in good to plus Not many Other sets up , at time of listing. In history this sought after Model set has went for near £340 plus steep postage. My UK based set will be less. Scale is 1:30 and all figures are hand painted and well detailed.
