Description: Rare cdv of Ohio Axe murderess Ellen Athey and her victim , Mary Seneff. Ellen accused her servant Mary of trying to seduce her husband and killed her with an axe and buried her in the back yard. When she confessed to her husband and brothers, they dug her up and threw her into Sugar Creek. Ellen Athey was sentenced to life in the Ohio Penitentiary but died in an asylum for the insane.
