I contacted Douglas directly and never heard back, but with thorough research, I believe this was a limited availability option only open to businesses to purchase as a display. There’s only a small handful in existence. This was also back when Douglas Cuddle Toys was able to make their plush in the USA. Someone told me they saw one sell years ago on eBay for $3k, but I have no idea if it’s true or not.
