Description: this is a used preowned jonnesway 3/8 inch by 7/16 inch offset racheting wrench.there is some wear on this tool.there are some scuffs and scratches on the tool as well as nicks and dings.the nicks and dings are most evident on the plastic side handles.there is also some dust and dirt as well,but not bad.there is some rust spotting on the tool but nothing terrible.the most rust being inside of the box ends of the wrench.there is some general use wear as well,nothing abusive,on the tool.the wrench does function as intended.as stated before this is a used preowned wrench.thank you for looking at this listing.
