On a 6" X 9" sheet of red-bordered scallop-edged stationery with green/red floral motif in upper left corner, a Glenn admirer types a suggestion that the astronaut "Please write a little verse something like this: 'Lots of luck to Donald Burnell from John H. Glenn, Jr.' Thanks a million for helping a friends hobby out." Glenn demurred penning "a little verse," but simply signed large and bold beneath this off-the-wall request. Near fine. Faintly age toned. Not dated, but of early 1960s vintage.
