This is in overall decent to good condition with signs of light to general wear from previous use, age, and storage/display. Light surface scuffing and scratching is noted but in otherwise good condition. Some shelf wear is noted to the spine and the surrounding areas. Some curling to the corners noted. Some discoloration is also noted. Some writing to the first few pages in pencil. Some splitting to the interior binding of the pages but all are intact still. Some discoloration to the spine's sticker present. Some light discoloration/staining to a few interior pages (pictured). A light must smell from the estate is present.
