Description: Hupmobile 1930-1933 Hood Ornament Emblem on Stand - Custom Made One of a Kind We recently found an amazing collection of hood ornaments that was owned by a lifelong auctioneer. He picked up pieces along his 50 year career and stored them in a beautiful antique oak display cabinet. The display cabinet was recently found in the back of his warehouse, and we are now bringing some of them to the public for sale! Overall condition on this piece is great but minor blemishes and signs of age are present, see photos. ** This appears to be a custom made piece. It is double sided, with one side being black and white, and the other side blue and black. The “H”on the emblems has been taken off and the screws were ground down to be smooth/flush with the rest of the emblem. ** The black and white emblem comes off a “Model C” Hupmobile, and the blue and black emblem comes off a “Model H” Hupmobile (see last photo). We believe these were put together to make it a double sided emblem, and then it was mounted onto a hood ornament.
