Sewn binding, that is starting to deteriorate, some of the sewing starting (pictured). The Leather is deteriorating and discoloring from the age and handling, with chips of it missing as pictured. Some turning down of pages, poor handling not page marking, pictured. Minor tearing, does not affect text. Small damp stain to title page and rear ffep, pictured. General handling and use wear.
