Description: Here's a new cloth covered wire kit for Harley 1949-1961 S-H2 and 1962-1969 H-62 spot lights. The solid black wires have terminals installed for both type lights; simply cut off and discard the ring terminal for use with H-62 lights or cut and discard the fork terminal for use with the S-H2 lights. The asphalt loom on the switch wires is for use with DH-50 type switches with wires routed outside the bars. Three different factory H-D wiring diagrams are included. These kits are made with pride here in Northeast Ohio, using the finest components available today. Assembled from US made 16 gauge cotton braided wire and woven asphalt loom. The switch wires must be soldered to your switch block and the #10 ring terminals must be crimped on to both the switch wires and the solid black lamp wires after routing the wires to the fork terminal plate. ----Please Note---- Today's cloth covered wire is larger outside diameter than wire from back in the day, as safetyregulations require it also have a vinyl sheath under the cloth. The mounting screw wire holes on most H-62 lights will need to be enlarged by drilling to 9/64" In stock and ready to ship. Ebay is now collecting sales tax for most states.
