There is one defect/dent in the one heel as shown in photos and pitting on end of the other heel towards the bottom of the point of heel that is very unnoticeable also shown in the photos. The heel height is approx. around 3.5-4 in. These shoes measure approx. 9.5 in. which is size 8 in US womens shoe size. Please refer to the photos for the condition and it is the exact item as shown in the photos as well. This item is sold as is. These Gwen Stefani retro inspired heels are cute and fun to wear. They have a black canvas like material for the upper part with double straps with heart shaped buttons.
