The outer game box shows general surface / edge / corner wear including scuffs, scratches, light creases & surface impressions but maintains a very nice appearance overall (shown below). There is a small 1/2 inch tear on the back center edge of the box next to the seal (shown below). The top & bottom seals are firmly in place, not torn or lifting. OFFICAL US NTSC RELEASE. It will be packaged securely to protect its condition.
