This comb-bound softcover text is in Good Plus condition. The illustrated soft covers are laminated and bound by a plastic comb binding. Of the 21 holes, only one (the last) has the comb exiting after two-thirds of the pages, but the pages are well secured and can be easily turned without coming loose. The covers show both shelf wear and edge wear, including some scratches, creases and curling, but suffer no loss of material. Most of the pages are clean and unmarked, though some pages have pencil markings and small notes. This affects the index and the corresponding pages of the 7 songs marked there.
