Description: Timeless Instruments Tasmanian Blackwood is an acacia wood, which tends to be a little darker and a little stiffer than Koa, it still has very pleasing golden hues. It is quite easy to work and produces a fine instrument. Coming off the saw, the figure is difficult to make out, so in order to give you an idea of the finished look, one board has been scraped clean and sprayed to draw the figure out in a picture. In the finished product you will have at least the figure that you can see here (if not better). These are minimum sizes, all our sets are at least this big.
